Call to Worship:
Leader: Let us worship God, who has drawn us and healed us,

PEOPLE: Let us worship God who has restored us to life.

Leader: Sing praises to the Lord, O you faithful ones, and give thanks go God’s holy name.

PEOPLE: God’s anger is but for a moment; God’s favor is for a lifetime. Weeping may linger for the night, but joy comes with the morning.

Leader: You have turned our mourning into dancing; you have taken off our sackcloth and clothed us with joy, so that our souls may praise you and not be silent.

Bible Study: Please join us each Tuesday at 10 a.m.

Card Players: Feel up to a game of cards, come join in the fun on Tuesday, October 26th at 1:30 p.m.

Laity Sunday: Thanks to all who helped with the service last Sunday. The talents and gifts are many in this congregation.

Wednesday Night Community Dinner: Thanks to all who help and continue to make this event happen and serve the needs of our community.

Charge Conference: It will be hosted today at Augusta UMC at 4:00 p.m.

Trunk or Treat: Join the spooks and hand out treats on Saturday, October 30th in Downtown Douglass from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. Contact Glenda if you can help or donate to the candy fund.

UMW Meeting: It will be held on Saturday, November 6th at 9:00 a.m. The ladies would love for you to attend.
