The Lord’s Prayer
Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory forever. Bible Study & Sunday School: Join us Tuesday and Sunday at 10:00 a.m.

Community Wednesday Night Dinner: Thanks to for all the delicious soups. And all the wonderful side dishes and desserts that accompanied the meal. Thanks to all of you for your continued support of our Wednesday meals.

Camp Horizon Anniversary: They will be hosting a 75th anniversary celebration later today from 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. at the Inspiration Lodge at Camp Horizon.

Last call for registration for the Wichita East UWF Meeting on Oct. 29th in Burden: If you are planning to attend, please complete the registration form located in the lobby by Tuesday, Oct. 18th.

Membership Sunday: Next Sunday, Oct. 23rd is Membership Sunday here at the church. If you have a desire to join the church, please let Pastor Janet know. Joining is simple, there are a few things to put in place before that Sunday.

Charge Conference: It will be hosted on Sunday, October 23rd at Augusta UMC at 2:00 p.m.

Monterey Dinner: The Senior Center will be hosting their Monterey Dinner on Monday, Oct. 24th from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m.

Card Players: This month will see a fun time of getting together for a game of cards on Tuesday, Oct. 25th at 1:30 p.m. Join in a time for fellowship.

Trunk or Treat: Dress up and join us handing out candies to the trick or treats on Saturday, Oct. 29th from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m.

UMM: A men’s retreat with guest speaker, Mike Cather is planned on Saturday, Nov. 5th from 10:00 – 2:00 p.m. at Trinity UMC in El Dorado. To pre-register call the church at 316-321-4235.

UWF Sunday: They will be hosting the service on Nov. 6th. Details to follow.
